This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your orders, as well as your responsibilities regarding accurate shipping information. We ship our hemp-derived products via USPS, and you can choose from a range of shipping options at checkout.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    We aim to process orders within 24 hours of purchase. However, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during peak periods or promotional events.
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and, when available, tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Shipping Options:
    We offer various USPS shipping methods, including:
    • Free Economy Shipping: Typically delivers within 5–7 business days after processing; however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within up to 5 business days after your order is processed.
    • Expedited Shipping: Expected delivery within up to 3 business days after processing. (Note: Expedited Shipping may not be available for orders exceeding certain weight limits or for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.)
  • PO Box Deliveries:
    If you have a PO Box, please select the Free Economy Shipping option, as other shipping methods may not be available for PO Boxes.
  • Business Days:
    Our shipments operate Monday through Saturday. Sundays and federal holidays are not considered business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculation of Fees:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information:
    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You may use this number to monitor your package’s progress on the USPS website.
  • Carrier Control:
    Once your order is in the hands of USPS, Treet is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues during transit. Any concerns regarding shipping should be addressed directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

5. Accuracy of Shipping Information

  • Customer Responsibility:
    It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order. We are not liable for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Changes to Shipping Address:
    Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address cannot be guaranteed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to resend it to the updated address, but please note that this may result in additional delays.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Tracking Discrepancies:
    Occasionally, tracking updates may not reflect real-time progress due to carrier processing or scanning delays. If your package appears to be delayed, please allow extra time for updates before contacting us.
  • Unforeseen Delays:
    Factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or operational delays at the carrier’s end may affect delivery times.

Treet reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
