1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return if your product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.
  • Non-Refundable Reasons:
    Returns for reasons such as a change of mind, personal taste, or product misuse are not eligible for a refund.
  • Wholesale Orders:
    Wholesale returns are subject to separate guidelines. Please contact our customer service for further assistance if your order was placed through our wholesale channel.

  • Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the product(s). Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs:
    Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending an incorrect or defective product), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
    Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Inspection and Refund Processing

    Upon receiving your return, our team will verify that the defect or damage reported was present at the time of delivery and that the item(s), including any packaging, match the condition in which they were received.
  • Consumable Products:
    For consumable products—such as vapes, joints, or gummies—returns are accepted only for items that remain unopened unless a clear defect or damage is evident. Opened consumable items may be subject to additional review.
  • Refund Processing:
    Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days and issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable shipping charges.


5. Restocking Fee

  • Restocking Fee Policy:
    For returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.
  • Condition for Full Refund:
    To qualify for a full refund (minus shipping), items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.


6. Exchanges

    If you prefer to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as outlined above.
